为推进我校“双一流”建设、推动学校高质量发展，经一年多的筹划和多方努力，由我校主办、科学出版社和爱思唯尔（Elsevier）合资成立的北京科爱森蓝文化传播有限公司（KeAi Publishing）出版的英文期刊Resources Chemicals and Materials（简称：RCM）已成功上线，在线网址为：http://www.keaipublishing.com/cn/journals/resources-chemicals-and-materials/.现诚邀投稿。

RCM是Open Access(OA)刊物，所有刊载论文的版权均属于作者本人，可被同行免费下载、收录和参阅，获得广泛关注。杂志依托Elsevier的编辑系统Editorial Manager（http://www.editorialmanager.com/recm/default.aspx），管理从投稿到论文发表的整个流程。所有刊载的论文将直接被ScienceDirect收录，并利用Elsevier及KeAi的相关系统宣传杂志、推广论文。编委会协同编辑部每年将评选并奖励得到同行高度关注的优秀论文。RCM办刊起点高、工作流程规范，采用国际化办刊模式，为其高水平运行、高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。

RCM专注各种资源（Resources）加工（Processing）、转化（Conversion）和利用（Utilization）过程中涉及的化工（Chemicals）与材料（Materials）的创制（Creation）、生产（Production）、表征（Characterization）及其经济性（Economics）等科学研究和技术开发工作及成果。主要覆盖的资源包括但不限于（1）自然类资源，如有机化石燃料、生物质及废弃物和无机金属及非金属矿；（2）各种平台型中间物质，如合成气、甲醇、金属氧化物、CO2等。刊载主题紧扣自然科学与技术长期高度关注的前沿创新研究方向和经济社会发展的重要工程应用领域。按照涉及的资源类别，RCM刊载范围分为以下六个主题。

· 自然生长性原料（Natural growing materials）

· 有机化石资源（Organic fossil resources）

· 金属矿产资源（Metallic ore resources）

· 非金属物机资源（Non-metallic inorganic matters）

· 平台中间物质（Platform intermediates）

· 过程废物与残渣（Process wastes and residues）

RCM拥有一支高水平的国际化编委团队，由来自17个国家和地区的53位编委构成，包括三位院士和十余名国际知名教授专家，其中国内编委18人（占比34%）、国际编委35人（占比66%）。有10余位编委长期担任其它著名国际学术期刊的主编、副主编或编委。编委会成员学术水平高、办刊经验丰富，将为RCM高质量、高标准运营提供有力保障。

RCM将坚持重质量、轻数量，登载优质研究和综述论文而形成高影响力的办刊策略，推动实现3年左右被ESCI收录、初始IF高于5的办刊目标。期刊将严格审稿流程、严把稿件质量，不限制论文篇幅，尤其欢迎系统全面的主题及领域型综述论文。主办单位将为高质量的综述论文支付合理的稿酬，以感谢对RCM的大力支持。

办刊策略的落实和办刊目标的实现离不开每一位编委的大力支持，RCM编委每2年为本刊提供一篇高质量稿件、推荐一篇高质量稿件、审阅2篇以上稿件，经常关注并宣传RCM发表的学术论文。作为沈阳化工大学主办的期刊，杂志的高质量发展同样离不开全校教师和科研人员的鼎力支持，学校鼓励和欢迎大家积极咨询（RCMoffice@syuct.edu.cn）、踊跃投稿、广泛约稿，将RCM作为全校教师和科研人员高水平科研成果的重要发表平台。
