2015年前后，道德发展高端智库、公民道德与社会风尚协同创新中心在东南大学建立，与道德发展研究院形成一体两翼的学术格局。为因应百年未有之大变局，本刊于2020年始改为年度双刊的连续出版物，由东南大学道德发展研究院联合耶鲁大学全球正义研究中心、莫斯科大学全球进程研究中心与《全球化时代》杂志社协同建设，樊浩教授，耶鲁大学全球正义中心主任托马斯•博格（Thomas Pogge）教授，俄罗斯哲学学会第一副会长、《全球化时代》主编亚力山大·丘莫科夫(Alexander N. Chumakov)教授担任联合主编，致力搭建伦理学研究与人类道德发展的国际高端学术对话和交流平台。本刊将开辟一些具有特色的栏目，如大师对话、名家伦理讲坛、伦理学与道德哲学前沿、精神哲学、伦理学话语体系与理论体系、伦理道德国情、伦理记忆与实证伦理、伦理道德发展的文化战略、马克思主义伦理学现代形态、国外伦理学评论、青年学者论坛、重要书评、重大学术会议精粹等等。
