Forensic Sciences Research　［CN 31-2116/D，ISSN 2096-1790（Print），ISSN 2471-1411（Online）］，是中华人民共和国司法部主管、司法鉴定科学研究院主办的官方英文杂志，2015年正式建刊，是目前国内唯一一本面向国际的以法医学专业为主的法庭科学领域的英文季刊。

Forensic Sciences Research与泰勒-弗朗西斯出版集团（Taylor & Francis Group）合作，采取完全开放获取（Open Access，OA）的办刊模式，所有刊载内容均可免费浏览下载。致力于实时跟进、全面展示国内外法庭科学研究领域的高水平原创性科技成果和理论研究成果，引领和促进学科的发展，立足国内，面向国际，建设国内外法庭科学领域的学术交流平台。

Forensic Sciences Research目前被新兴资源引文索引（ESCI，Emerging Sources Citation Index）、PubMed Central（PMC）、Elsevier公司二次文献数据库（Scopus）、Directory of Open Access Journals（DOAJ）、ProQuest、HeinOnline法学全文数据库、中国科学引文数据库（CSCD）来源期刊核心库、万方数据收录。

作为一本同行评议期刊，Forensic Sciences Research发表法庭科学内不同领域研究成果，包括法医学（病理学、临床学、精神病学、毒理学、物证学、人类学、毒物分析等），刑事技术，文检鉴定，微量物证鉴定，交通事故鉴定，与法庭科学相关的理化检查、生物学、生物医学、电子证据、司法会计、教育研究、司法鉴定体制研究等。栏目包括论著、综述、短篇报道、技术报道、案例报道等。

About the Journal

Forensic

Sciences Research is an Open Access international, peer-reviewed

journal publishing high-quality, original research. Please see the

journal's Aims & Scope for information about its focus and

peer-review policy.

Open

Access means you can publish your research so it is free to access

online as soon as it is published, meaning anyone can read (and cite)

your work. Please see our guide to Open Access for more information.

Many funders mandate publishing your research open access; you can check

open access funder policies and mandates here.

Please note that this journal only publishes manuscripts in English.

Forensic Sciences Research accepts the following types of article: articles, reviews, case notes, technical notes.

Forensic Sciences Research is indexed in PubMed Central, Scopus, DOAJ, ProQuest and HeinOnline.

Compliance with Ethical Standards

To

ensure objectivity and transparency in research and to ensure that

accepted principles of ethical and professional conduct have been

followed, manuscripts submitted for publication must include information

regarding the following (where applicable) in a separate section

entitled “Compliance with Ethical Standards” when submitting a paper:

• Informed consent

regarding sources of funding, potential conflicts of interest

Editors reserve the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with

the above-mentioned requirements. The author(s) will be held

responsible for false statements or failure to fulfill these

requirements.

Article Publishing Charge

The

standard article publishing charge (APC) for this journal is $1,500.

Depending on your location, these charges may be subject to local taxes.

However, publication is free of charge for articles submitted in 2022

thanks to the support of The Academy of Forensic Science, China.

Preparing Your Paper

Structure

Your

paper should be compiled in the following order: title page; abstract;

key points; keywords; main text introduction, materials and methods,

results, discussion; acknowledgments; declaration of interest statement;

references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s) (on

individual pages); figures; figure captions (as a list).

Word Limits

Please include a word count for your paper.

A typical paper for this journal should be no more than 10000 words, inclusive of tables, references, figure captions.

Style Guidelines

Please refer to these quick style guidelines when preparing your paper, rather than any published articles or a sample copy.

Please use British (-ise) spelling style consistently throughout your manuscript.

Please

use double quotation marks, except where a “quotation is ‘within’ a

quotation”. Please note that long quotations should be indented without

quotation marks.

Please capitalize and italicize all " P" for P values.

Please italicize all " n" for n values.
